Does indica actually make you sleepy?

Not reliably, no. The indica-equals-sedating story is folklore more than pharmacology — the label describes plant structure and lineage, not a guaranteed outcome. Terpene profile and cannabinoid ratio matter far more, and individual response varies a lot. That's why every card above lists the actual terps instead of promising you a feeling.

What's THCA and is it different from what's on the sativa shelf?

THCA is the acidic precursor that occurs naturally in raw hemp flower. It converts to THC when heated — which is what happens the second you light it. Mendo Breath and Black Truffle are the THCA cuts here. Treat them as intoxicating products, not as CBD flower, and check your state: several states regulate THCA flower specifically, separately from hemp generally.

Which of these are non-intoxicating?

How do I keep a 7G jar from going stale?

Airtight glass, cool, dark, nowhere near a window or a vent. Heat and light strip terpenes faster than anything else — the nose is always the first thing to go, and on a truffle or dessert profile that's most of what you paid for. Buying by the 7G? Break it into smaller jars so you're not opening the whole stash every time.
