CBD is the most misrepresented thing in this whole industry. Half the internet can't separate it from THC, the other half oversells it like snake oil. So here's the straight version: CBD is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid, this is hemp flower that's high in it, and we're not going to tell you what it'll do for you. Questions People Actually Ask

Will CBD get me high?

No. CBD is not intoxicating — it doesn't produce a high, full stop. Compliant hemp flower carries no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. Anyone selling you CBD on the promise of a buzz is either lying or selling you something that isn't CBD.

Then what's the point?

Flavour, ritual, and not writing off your afternoon. Same reason people drink non-alcoholic beer or decaf — they want the thing, not the impairment. The terp profiles on this shelf are as loud as anything we carry. None of it is a compromise product, and we're not going to make health claims to justify it either.

Why is there Delta-8 in a CBD collection?

Because those listings carry CBD-related tags and the collection pulls on tags. We're telling you straight instead of letting you find out the hard way. The Delta-8 products are in their own section above, marked 21+ and intoxicating. Everything in the first two sections is genuinely non-intoxicating.

How do I tell the two Bubba Kush 59s apart?

Price is the fastest tell — $6.99 is the CBD, $10.99 is the Delta-8. The titles are nearly identical and that's a problem on our end, not yours. If you're unsure, check the listing for "D-8" or "Delta-8" before you check out, or just email us and we'll confirm.

Will CBD flower fail a drug test?

It can. Compliant hemp still carries trace delta-9, screens detect THC metabolites, and no test can tell you where they came from. Heavy regular use raises the odds. Don't assume "CBD" means "safe to test on" — if you're tested at work, especially zero-tolerance, skip it. Nobody honest will certify an outcome.

What does "Dusted" or "Dry Sifted" mean?

The flower's been rolled in kief — sifted trichome heads shaken off the plant. On our CBD cuts that kief is CBD and CBG, not THC, so a dusted eighth is still non-intoxicating. It just hits way harder on aroma and burns slower.

What's CBG and why is it on some of these?

CBG is the precursor cannabinoid — the compound other cannabinoids including CBD convert from as the plant matures, which is why CBG-heavy cuts are usually harvested earlier. Non-intoxicating like CBD. Our Ice Cream Cake runs unusually high on CBGA, and the Terped Bubba carries CBG kief on top.

Is CBD flower legal?

Federally yes — hemp is Cannabis sativa L. at or under 0.3% delta-9 THC dry weight under the 2018 Farm Bill, removed from the Controlled Substances Act along with its derivatives. Some states still restrict smokable hemp flower specifically even where CBD itself is fine, and Delta-8 is banned outright in a growing list. Check your state. That part's on you.

Why does it smell exactly like weed?

Because it's the same plant species. Cannabis sativa L. — the delta-9 threshold is the only legal distinction. Same structure, same trichomes, same terpenes, same nose. Which also means it's indistinguishable by sight or smell in the field. Worth knowing before you spark one somewhere awkward.

How do I keep it from turning into hay?

Airtight glass, cool, dark, nowhere near a window or a hot car. Heat and light strip terpenes faster than anything else — and on CBD flower the terps are the product, so a stale jar is a wasted jar. Buying by the ounce? Split it into smaller jars.
